According to the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for amending and supplementing some normative acts:

Before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided in art.13 paragraph (3) and art.14 of GEO No. 34/2014, within 14 days starting with the day when it enters the physical possession of the product. Return costs are borne by the consumer, unless the consumer wishes to replace the product.

To return a product, please complete the form received in the package or download this return form and ship it with the returned products.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging, with all the accessories, with the labels intact and the documents that accompanied it).

Products that show physical changes, blows, shards, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and / or unauthorized interventions, etc. are not accepted for return.

The products must be delivered to our company through the fast courier company Fan Courier (021 9336 – for shipments from Bucharest and the province).

 

As we do not have a contract with Romanian Post, please do NOT deliver by Romanian Post. Our company will not be responsible for these packages.

Reimbursement of the amount paid:

 

The Seller will reimburse the equivalent value of the product in maximum 14 (fourteen) days from the date of informing www.midoprivee.ro  by the Consumer on his decision to withdraw from the contract.

 

www.midoprivee.ro  may postpone the refund of the value of the product until the receipt of the product sold or until receipt of proof that it has been shipped, if midoprivee.ro has not offered to recover the product itself (the date will be taken more recent).

Products are replaced only once. Replaced products are non-refundable.

 

Exceptions:

The following are exempted from the right of withdrawal from the Contract:

For hygiene reasons, it is NOT ACCEPTED TO RETURN Bras, panties, bodysuits, catsuits, or sets that contain panties or underwear. Also, products worn, used, with broken labels or damaged packaging cannot be returned.

 

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

In order to inform midoprivee.ro about the decision to withdraw from the contract, the consumer must fill in the product return form online in the account.

  1. Access the website www.midoprivee.ro and log in to your account with the username and password you registered before placing the order;
  2. Look for the order in which the product is, the product you want to return;
  3. Identify the product and then fill out the return form;
  4. Contact us by email at office@midoprivee.ro or by phone 0725 234 801 to inform us of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

In case the Consumer wants to replace the product

 

  1. Replacement with products of the same value:

o after notifying the right of withdrawal, the consumer will send the product back to www.midoprivee.ro

o after inspecting and accepting the return, the consumer will receive a new confirmation by email for the new product (s) ordered;

  1. Replacement with a more expensive product:

o after notifying the right of withdrawal, the consumer will send the product back to www.midoprivee.ro

o After inspecting and accepting the return, the consumer will receive a new confirmation by email for the new product ordered. The new order confirmation will also stipulate the difference in money that the consumer will have to pay upon delivery of the new product;

  1. Replacement with a cheaper product:

o after notifying the right of withdrawal, the consumer will send the product back to www.midoprivee.ro  ;

o After inspecting and accepting the return, the consumer will receive a new confirmation by email for the new product ordered. The money difference between the returned product and the newly ordered product will be returned in maximum 14 days.

Note:

 

  • the delivery term for the replaced products will be stipulated in the confirmation email. in exceptional cases the delivery of the replaced products can be of maximum 25 days and the consumer will be notified by email or telephone;
  • if the new product will not be available, the consumer will be informed by phone or email within 48 hours, and if he does not want another product, the money will be refunded within 14 days from the date notification of its decision to withdraw from the contract.
